Chisel

Installs the pinned Chisel release, runs chisel server as a sandboxed systemd service on the chosen port with password authentication and reverse tunnels allowed, and opens the port in ufw when ufw is active. Safe to run again: an existing password is kept.

What you will be asked

You fill these in during setup.

  • Tunnel port port RequiredAdvanced settings
    The port the tunnel port listens on. The default is fine unless another service already uses it.
  • Password Made for you if left emptyAdvanced settings
    The password clients use with the user name webpack. Leave empty to generate one; it is shown once when the run finishes and kept for later runs.

Reconnecting Could not reconnect The page is paused

The connection to the site dropped. We are bringing it back; your page stays as it is. Check your internet connection. We keep trying by ourselves, and the page reloads once the site answers. This page was paused to save resources. Resume it to continue.
