webpack Terms of Service

1. Who we are

webpack (webpack.ir and webpack.site) is operated by [person or company name], [address]. "We" means webpack; "you" means anyone who creates an account or uses the service.

2. The service

We rent virtual private servers (VPS) and install software on them automatically. Each plan's specifications, price and features are listed on the site. We may use technical partners for parts of our infrastructure; we remain responsible to you for the service.

3. Your account

  • You must create an account and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for your password and SSH keys. Actions taken with your account are attributed to you.
  • Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

These uses are prohibited and lead to immediate suspension without refund:

  • spam, phishing, malware, or attacks on other systems (including DDoS and unauthorised scanning)
  • cryptocurrency mining
  • storing or distributing illegal content, including copyright infringement
  • anything that breaks the law of the server's country or your country

We may restrict a suspicious server without notice to protect our network.

5. Payments and wallet

  • You pay through the methods shown on the site (ZarinPal, Stripe, PayPal). Your wallet currency is set when you sign up.
  • Server fees are charged monthly from your wallet before each period starts.
  • If your balance cannot cover a renewal, you have 3 days of grace. After that the server is powered off, and 7 days later it is deleted with all its data.
  • Prices may change. We give at least 14 days' notice before a new price applies.

6. Refunds

  • Unspent wallet balance can be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the top-up.
  • Fees for a period in which the server was active are not refunded.
  • If automatic setup fails after payment, you can retry for free. If we cannot fix a problem on our side, we refund that period.

7. Your data and backups

You are responsible for the data on your server. Automatic backups are a convenience, and we do not guarantee they are complete. Keep your own copy of important data.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance or events outside our control can cause downtime. We announce planned maintenance in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data.

10. Ending the service

You can delete your server or account at any time. We may suspend or delete your account if you break these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We email you about significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
