1. What we collect

  • Account: name, email, password (stored hashed), and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account name and email.
  • Payments: amount, date and transaction ID. We never see or store card details; the payment provider (ZarinPal, Stripe, PayPal) processes them.
  • Servers: server specifications, resource and traffic usage, and the settings you enter when installing apps.
  • Technical: IP address, browser type and sign-in times, for security and abuse prevention.

2. Why we use it

  • To run the service: create and manage servers, install apps, issue invoices.
  • For security: detect suspicious sign-ins and abuse.
  • To contact you: essential emails such as account confirmation, invoices, renewal reminders and outage notices.
  • We do not sell your data or share it with others for advertising.

3. What is on your server

We do not look at the files and data on your server unless you ask us to for support or the law requires it. Our system has technical access to your server to install and maintain the apps you chose.

4. Who we share it with

Only partners needed to provide the service: server infrastructure providers, payment providers, our email delivery service, and Google for Google sign-in. Each receives only what it needs. We cooperate with valid legal requests as the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after you delete the account, except financial records the law requires us to keep.

6. Security

Sensitive data (passwords and keys) is encrypted, the site uses HTTPS, and staff access is limited and logged.

7. Your rights

You can view, correct or export your data, or ask us to delete your account, by writing to [email protected].

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising cookies.
