Dokploy

Downloads the official Dokploy installer (pinned commit, SHA-256 checked) and runs it with a fixed version. It starts Dokploy, PostgreSQL and Traefik in a new Docker Swarm, with access to the Docker socket (root-level control of this server), takes over ports 80, 443 and 3000, and sets /etc/dokploy to mode 755 (the installer uses 777). Refuses a foreign Swarm; resumes its own.
