Khoj

Runs Khoj and PostgreSQL (pgvector) as Docker containers on this server (about 1.1 GB download, 4 GB RAM recommended). Creates /opt/iranux/khoj with generated secrets (root-only file). Web search and code sandbox services are not included.

  • Web interface port RequiredAdvanced settings
    The port the web interface listens on. The default is fine unless another service already uses it.
  • Admin email Required
    The email of the Khoj administrator. It is the admin panel login at /server/admin and the account that can create sign-in links for users.
  • Admin password Made for you if left emptyAdvanced settings
    Password of the admin panel. Leave empty to generate one; it is shown once when the run finishes. It is only used the first time: an admin password set by an earlier run is kept.
