Outline Server

High risk: it opens the management port and the access-key port (TCP and UDP) in ufw when ufw is active. Runs the pinned shadowbox image on the host network the way the official installer does, creates the management certificate and secret path once in /opt/iranux/outline-server, and writes the Outline Manager configuration to a root-only file. The access-key port only applies to keys created after the first run; to change it later, use Outline Manager's server settings.
